Quotes: What Makes An Effective Leader

Any one can have the job task of being a leader, what makes one (a male or female) become an effective leader? This would be a leader that really get the job done, above and beyond, or is productive in the anticipated outcomes--for self, a team, or a group of people.

*This edition is dedicated to Nelson Mandela (or Mandiba) and the African citizens. Mr. Mandela will be laid to rest on December 15, 2013. He was not a religious leader, that would be a different kind of leader. Mr. Mandela was a community leader who, through consistent leadership efforts of just doing the right thing, became an effective political leader. He perfected his leadership ability while being surrounded by racial and cultural-identity hatred in his own country.
