Chp. 2
Introduction: If you recall, the Hebrews were known as God's (Yahweh, Allah) favored people.  The Egyptians and Hebrews did not associate with one another. It just wasn't their custom to do so even though, it was actually the Hebrew child, Joseph, who saved the Egyptian people.  Moses is Joseph's nephew.

2:1 Moses' parents are from the same immediate family -maybe cousins, or an aunt or uncle to a nephew or niece of said family.

2:10 The name Moses means "draw out."

2:13 Notice the Hebraic language using third person, he said to him that did the wrong...

2:14 He instead of I said...

2:19 Thankfully, someone had been there to water the flock (Today, meaning congregation). Moses married Zipporah who is a daughter of a priest. He was 40 years of age when he married this foreigner or shall we say whore (eemales who married outside of their religious upbringings).  Zipporah means bird.  Moses was now mature enough to understand that his social grouping were being mistreated.  ...After the death of a king criminal offenses were often forgiven even in cases of murder.

Chp. 3

3:1 Moses kept the flock of his father in law, the foreign minister.  Apparently, he was an effective leader in the team that he was given.  He was ready to do God's will to free the Hebrew people.

3:11 Moses didn't realize that he was skilled to do the job.  God was training Moses all along.  Moses began to question his own talents or abilities.

3:14 God said you call me by any name and I will still answer you.  Who do you know that has more names than God? -I am God, I am Allah and 99 other names, and I am Jehovah. Amen.

3:15 The lineage of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob are very important to all faith believers: Jews, Christians, and Muslims.

3:18  The people must go to the king.  God is telling and retelling "the now," and the "future." To make it simple for you God is saying, "This one battle is mine, and I will be with you for this one.
