Staying In Touch With Family Members

From the Editor
In this issue, families, I would like to discuss the importance of long distance phone plans. I am happy to report that I have successfully moved into my new place, and have updated the mailing andtelephone number of the Family Bonding Center Services office. In 2013 it is my desire to reach out to as many families and business teams as I possibly can with exciting helpful service components. Many of you have indicated that you have had a recent death within your unique families, including my self (my maternal grandmother's sisters passed on). Let us continue to pray for each other.

The New Monday Show
Last night I concluded praise and worship. In keeping my promise, I have created a Slide Share presentation ( http://www.slideshare.net/sherlenestevens/1210newmonday ) for any one who is not able to listen to the online radio broadcast, sherleneonline.org 24/7

Let's talk Staying In Touch With Family Members
During this time of the year it is always nice to call, or send a holiday card to immediate and extended loved ones.  Many of you have commented that you do not participate in the unlimited long distance plan by your local telephone supplier (Verizon, Comcast, etc.).  I want to urge you to participate in the "unlimited long distance" phone plan because it will save you dollars. Often times you believe other plans will be suitable, but you may simply discover that you phone bill just keeps rising.  It is because you are making more long distance calls than you current plan will allow.  It is okay for you to contact your supplier at any time to change the plan. Do it today!

Other budget solutions is to write and mail letters (choose the Forever stamps), email, or online conferences (where you can see and talk to each other if you have a web camera, $14.99 - $39.99).  I believe that every one should have both a landline phone and a cell phone service plan.  A land line phone is similar to establishing a credit account. You may use your supplier as a credit reference. This also occurs with an established cell phone credit account, not a minute phone. It is important to pay your telephone bill like any other bill that you may have. If you have not paid your telephone bill, and it is in collection then try to make payment arrangements to maintain your credit. Do not purchase a cell phone plan to compensate for your home phone disconnection. It makes matters worse! Also avoid any unnecessary credit collections.  Again, pay off your home phone bill, first, before purchasing a Christmas cell phone gift to yourself (: If necessary purchase a minute phone until you resolve your home phone bill balance.

Happy Holiday!
