From the Editor Thank you to all citizens of these United States who served or are serving in our Armed Forces. I believe that it really doesn't take a whole village to raise children. I believe it takes dedicated parents to raise children, especially today's youth. Back in the day or maybe even today, children as young as five were allowed to work in factories and roam the street. It has only been recent that we have taken an interest in the development of youth. Researchers, clinical/medical staff, and health care are cashing in on those really important years (age 0-14). Did you know in some countries they have state-sponsored baby-making programs? I would like to further the discussion by providing adoption resources for those who may be interested in pursuing raising other (biological) parents' child/ren.
