Food Ingredients to Avoid

1. Artificial food dye - same ingredients found in coal, tar, and flooring materials for unique households and businesses. Normally used in making flavored candy, cheeses, and cereals, and prepared box desserts.
2. Olestra - Normally used in making fast-food french fries, corn chips, and potato chips. It is believed to rob the body of micro nutrients and increases female menstrual cramps.
3. Bromenated vegetable oil - same ingredients used in flame-resistant carpets. It is normally used to make Mountain Dew (only sold in America) and Gatorade. There may be a link between ingredient and thyroid issues and cancer.
4. Potassium bromate -  Normally used in making rolls, flat bread, bread crumbs, bread (white or wheat), and bagels. There may be a link between ingredient and issues of kidney failure or stomach ailments.
5. Azodicarbonide - Normally used in preparing frozen dinners.

It is suggested that unique households avoid these ingredients or eat in moderation.
